I scream....

Tantrum loves food. Especially sweets. Especially ICECREAM! Tantrum loves to eat icecream on a hot sunny day. Always in a waffle cone. Sometimes with sprinkles, sometimes with nuts, sometimes just plain but always with a waffle cone. Tantrum looks forward to his icecream all the way to the store. He thinks about the smooth creamy icecream and the crunch of the cone and if he's lucky a little bit of chocolate hidden on the bottom. Yum! Tantrum bought an icecream on a very hot day and was so pleased with his pure choice of very vanilla. The man handed Tantrum his icecream and off Tantrum went smug with glee. and then Tantrums foot got caught in the pavement. The ball of icecream so carefully placed in the cone came flying out into the space in front of Tantrums face. The world slowed down almost to the point where Tantrum thought he could catch it. But it was too late. And the icecream was gone, all over the pavement. No icecream for Tantrum.

When the wheels fall off...

Tantrum loved to play with his friends. They would spend hours laughing and joking and playing any sort of game they could come up with. And Tantrum loved riding his trike. It was his key to freedom, a means to travel to far off places for the many adventures he envisioned. His friends loved riding trikes too. They would often have races. Some short (the sprint) some long (the cross country) and some with all the jumps and dips you could imagine (the extreme). And Tantrum loved to come first. At least he would if he ever got past last. One time his friends let him have a headstart because he was such a good friend and Tantrum was chuffed that his friends thought this of him. Ready? Set? Go!! Tantrum lunged his foot upon the first peddle and heard a snap! It dawned on Tantrum that he wasnt going anywhere. The wheel had fallen off and once again Tantrum was left behind.

Like falling off a horse...

Tantrum loves animals. He loves the way they look at the world, and the way the world looks back at them. Tantrum loves horses. TV taught him that he could be one with horses and they would be best friends.
One day Tantrum was invited to go horse riding with some friends. Hoorah! At last his dream would be fulfilled. Tantrum mounted the great beast and off they went. The air felt somewhat cleaner, crisper and tantrum felt on top of the world. And then the horse began to trot. Tantrum was not prepared for this. The more the horse trotted the higher Tantrum bounced until he couldn't hold on any longer. And then Tanrtum wasn't on the horse anymore. Tantrum was on the ground. In a puddle. Poor Tantrum was covered in mud.
